About the Past Prologue Initiative

This site is the entryway to an online puzzle hunt adventure titled Balance of Time, created by Mastermind Treasure Hunts. The game is designed for casual to experienced puzzlers and can be played by a single team, or 10 or more teams. In addition to this site, Balance of Time uses the free ClueKeeper app to provide information and track player progress. On the hunt, players solve puzzles to track down five time beacons left behind by rogue historian and time-traveller Dr. Dorin Takezo. Along the way, you will visit iconic locations from around the world, all of which are part of the UNESCO World Heritage list.
